What we collect

We collect usage data via PostHog analytics, and itinerary content and email address via our upload form (processed by Formspree). When payment is required, it is collected via a secure card-payment link — your payment information stays with the payment provider and is never stored or seen by us.

Retention

Itinerary submissions are kept for 90 days then deleted. Analytics data for 12 months.

Your rights

EU/UK users may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing check@proof.travel. California users have rights under CCPA. Same email.

Cookies

We use one analytics cookie (PostHog). No advertising cookies.
