Terms of Service

These terms apply between you and Mr. Feinschmecker Ltd. (company no. 515011583), operating as proof.travel.

The service

An Italy travel expert reviews your submitted itinerary and provides written feedback within 24 hours. The Whole Trip is $99. Bespoke Build is $149. One recommendation is provided free of charge. Current promotional pricing, if any, is as displayed on the site at the time of submission. We do not rebook, modify, or contact venues on your behalf.

Refunds

Zero issues found? You don't pay.

Your itinerary and your data

You retain ownership of your itinerary. Your reviewer receives your itinerary content only — your name and email address stay in our system and are not shared with the reviewer. Your itinerary is deleted within 90 days of submission. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how long we keep it.

Liability

Our total liability arising from this service is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service. We provide this review as informational guidance based on the information you submit — it is not a substitute for verifying official sources (venue websites, transit authorities, embassies) before you travel, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the review in place of such verification.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is always the current one.
