Terms of Service

These terms apply between you and Mr. Feinschmecker Ltd. (company no. 515011583), operating as proof.travel.

The service

An Italy travel expert reviews your submitted itinerary and provides written feedback within 24 hours. Standard pricing is $29 for an Expert Review or $99 for a Complete Trip Check. Current promotional pricing, if any, is as displayed on the site at the time of submission. We do not rebook, modify, or contact venues on your behalf.

Guarantee

If your review finds zero issues, you will not be charged. This applies to both the Expert Review and Complete Trip Check services.

Liability and ownership

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service. You retain ownership of your itinerary.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contact: check@proof.travel.
